Lifetime Legal membership service benefits
Safe keeping, secure access
Once your Will is signed and witnessed, just send it to Lifetime Legal in the secure wallet provided. We will scan your Will and any other documents that you would like stored.
You’ll receive your ‘Lifetime Legal’ membership card and secure login, enabling you to view your documents online, keeping access to the documents completely private.
The original documents will be sealed in a waterproof wallet and locked in a fireproof facility within a vault with 24 hour on site security. Only you will be able to request their return, or your Executors if they are administering your estate

Legal and Probate Advice
for Your Executors
As a part of our service, when needed your Executors will be given all the help they need to administer your estate.
With your permission, we will issue your Executors with Lifetime Executor membership cards, that entitle them to expert legal advice to help them fulfil their duties.
When needed, we’ll explain to them how to retrieve your Will and how to access an online copy, so that they can present everything in order to the Probate Office.
Our legal experts will guide them through the probate process which will save your loved ones emotional distress and legal fees – or if they choose we can take care of everything for them.
